Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland, the UK’s largest hire company, is partnering with Salesforce to transform productivity and enhance customer experience throughout its business. This strategic collaboration marks the start of an industry-leading programme to redefine customer experience, improve operations and drive intelligent, data-driven decision-making through AI solutions.

As part of its five-year strategy, ‘Sunbelt 4.0 – Equipped for Success,’ the company’s digital transformation that will modernise operations and streamline customer experience. The initial phase implements the Sales CRM and Service Cloud integration, unifying customer interactions and enhancing customer relationship management.

A new digital account opening process will enable credit accounts to be activated in minutes, fully paperless and integrated with Sunbelt Rentals’ systems. Enhancements to the company’s website will elevate the customer journey, providing an easy-to-use digital experience.

Future phases will launch a new quoting, order management and billing solution, enhancing pricing accuracy and product configuration. Integrated customer insights and feedback tools will ensure continuous improvement and agility in meeting customer demands.
