Sunbelt Spotted - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

How to Enter:

Share a photo featuring Sunbelt Rentals equipment, vehicles, or branding. Tag @SunbeltRentalsUK & Ireland and include #SunbeltSpotted in your post.

Your post must be public so we can see it.

Or send your photo to media@sunbeltrentals.co.uk. The image must include a branded piece of Sunbelt Rentals equipment. 

Permissions and Image Use:

By sharing your photo, you confirm that:

• You are the photographer or have full permission from the photographer to share it.

• You have obtained consent from all identifiable individuals in the image, including customers, colleagues, or members of the public.

• Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland may repost, share, or use your photo across its social media, digital, and marketing channels, with credit where possible.

• No payment or compensation will be offered for the use of your photo.

Selection and Prizes:

Sunbelt Rentals may select and feature entries on its channels at any time. From time to time, we may reward selected participants with branded Sunbelt merchandise. Prizes are at the company’s discretion, subject to availability, and have no cash alternative.

Competition Duration:

This competition runs on a continuous basis with no closing date. Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland reserves the right to pause, amend, or end the competition at any time without notice.

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting participants or winners, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General:

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or misuse.
