What is a chain block hoist used for?

How is it operated?

A chain block hoist uses a simple mechanical system to lift heavy loads without external power. When you pull the hand chain, it turns internal gears that multiply your effort and raise the load via the load chain and hook. The geared mechanism locks the load in place as you stop pulling, keeping it safely suspended. Chain blocks are often used for workshop maintenance, site lifting and tight spaces where you need precise, controlled lifting.
