Third Party Breach Notification

An unauthorised actor briefly gained access to their platform through a specific feature and viewed a small number of customer feedback reports, including some relating to Sunbelt Rentals.

• No Sunbelt Rentals systems were accessed.
• No Sunbelt Rentals data was downloaded, copied, or removed.
• Only basic contact and service details (name, email, phone number, hire/delivery information) within the customer feedback reports were viewed.
• No sensitive information was exposed.

The third-party provider quickly contained the issue, disabled the affected feature, reset access, and strengthened security controls.
