This IOSH Working Safely qualification is a new approach to health and safety training in the workplace, focused on simplified content centred around what people need to know in practice. It aims to offer everyone in the workplace a newfound appreciation of why they must ‘work-safely’ and the best practice for doing so.

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to do the following:

• Appreciate the importance of risk management in the workplace
• Be aware of workplace health and safety in line with UK legislation
• Identify common hazards and risks
• Know how to make a difference to the health, safety and wellbeing of themselves and others

The one day IOSH Working Safely course includes 4 units of study: 

• Unit 1: Introducing working safely 
• Unit 2: Defining hazard and risk 
• Unit 3: Identifying common hazards 
• Unit 4: Improving safety performance 

IOSH Working Safely is suitable for staff at all levels of a business, no matter their level of seniority.

An IOSH Working Safely certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
