Sunbelt Rentals are proud sponsors of the WFTV Fearless Leadership Programme

The programme will see a cohort of eight female leaders work together to become professional sounding boards and confidants for each other, providing them with training and coaching in leadership skills and techniques to develop the mindset and make a positive impact.

The course has been designed by Tracy Forsyth. Tracy is a senior leadership coach across the creative industries, founder of ‘Fast Track to Fearless’. Tracy has a 30-year career working in production, commissioning, distribution and working as part of the Global Leadership Team at BBC Studios.

Tracy explains the significance of the course, she said: “I work with many senior leaders across the film and tv industry on a one-to-one basis and I saw the power of creating a group of leaders who are walking the same path and sharing some of the same obstacles to come together in an inclusive, supportive, and safe space to discuss, learn and share best practice. Leadership is seldom taught, and it can be lonely and full of self-doubt.  This programme intends to create confident and inspirational leaders who will positively impact the industry”.

The programme will cover topics such as persuading and influencing, landing key messages, motivating, and empowering teams and setting work culture as well as profile-raising and thought leadership.

This year’s cohort began in September 2023 and will run right through to January 2024.
