Official Statement for Customers & Suppliers Regarding the Current Coronavirus Situation

Just as you’d expect from the market leaders, we’re being responsible and doing everything that’s essential to look after our people and our customers, reacting rapidly to changing government advice.

We’re identified as an essential service provider and throughout the pandemic we’ve remained open to supply our equipment and services to keep the UK going, from the NHS to broadband suppliers, construction sites, police, utilities, refineries and other Government bodies.

We make thousands of safe deliveries every day of the week, and for the safety of our people we’re encouraging our customers not to come into depots and to contact us by phone or via email instead. Our operational teams are here to support essential customers and all sites have been made COVID-19 secure. We have introduced social distancing measures, NHS venue QR codes, specific signage and multiple hygiene stations. Our experts will welcome any customer as long as they’re wearing a face covering, and maintain social distancing measures and other measures identified within our locations.

We continually monitor the COVID-19 advice given by the UK government, and will respond and update accordingly.
