Developed in 2022, GECKO-CAM now introduces the GENESIS G35 Vintage '66 special edition.

The Vintage 66 modification enables cinematographers to bring their artistic visions to a new level. Changing the coatings from multiple to single layer coating on crucial optical elements and leaving the front lens uncoated, results in a unique focus fall off, a higher flare sensibility and a softer sophisticated look while maintaining the sharpness. Expected to go alongside with the GENESIS lenses, they were able to introduce a technique of modifying the optical systems whilst keeping their character and personality intact. With the aim to give the filmmaker the unlimited flexibility in the creative process.
